Who are the Masters of Malaysian Cuisine (MOMC)?
MOMC is an initiative founded by Jackie M. and Paul Gray in June 2020 so that people the world over could enjoy cooking demonstrations by some of the top Malaysian chefs in the world despite Covid lockdowns and travel restrictions.
Our MOMC & MOMC@Heart group of chefs are counted among some of the most highly-regarded experts in Malaysian cuisine both internationally and within Malaysia, with strong name recognition value and their own dedicated fans and followers.
MOMC’s live broadcasts have received over 3 million views since the group was formed, and we partner with Tourism Malaysia and the Malaysian Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industries (MAFI) to promote Malaysia and Malaysian food products through our content.
