Heritage Malaysian Dishes from MOMC’s Merdeka Event
On 31 August, our Masters of Malaysian Cuisine (MOMC) team came together for a special Merdeka Day broadcast, showcasing heritage Malaysian dishes prepared by chefs around the world.
The event featured a line-up of recipes with a strong focus on durian-based dishes – a nod to Malaysia’s most iconic fruit – alongside traditional favourites.
